It is the responsibility of the purchaser to immediately report any damage or claims to the delivery firm. The seller should also be notified if such damage occurs. Do not return any merchandise to Reitan Neuropsychology Laboratories without prior approval.

All claims are deemed waived unless made in writing to the seller within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase date.  A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returned items.
